We have reduced our overhead expenses by moving all  equipment and manufacturing off-site.  This allows us to maximize efficiency and remain competitive with the increasing "Big Box" players in the market.  We have repositioned our showroom and design center to the new Middlebrook Pk. location.  The new location is about 1 mile north of our former location at 440 N. Cedar Bluff Rd.   The facility is brand new, quiet, and easy to access.  Park in front of the door.  I know you will enjoy the Middlebrook location and I look forward to serving you as always.

Thursday - Friday 12-6

Saturday 10-2

Closed: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

In order to continue to supply our high quality of service and workmanship at an everyday low price, we have determined that we must limit customer consultation services to limited days and hours.  The new hours of  operation provide us more uninterrupted time to complete your order and minimizes our overhead costs by eliminating the need to hire and train additional help.  Consider that you can visit the "Big Box" framing counters day or evening, but you will not be waited on by a framing expert with 20 years of experience.  Your satisfaction requires judgment, taste, talent, and experience.  Consider also that custom framing is an infrequent transaction that typically is free of urgency.  Come at your leisure Thursday through Saturday.  You want to get it right, and at the the right price.  We hope that you can appreciate our decision to limit our hours.
